About the Role


  • Agency Manager end tele-calling collection through Vendor team
  • Setting up new vendors and build them as per ZestMoney requirement
  • Drive all process and do s and don’t s of collection @ZestMoney
  • Drive and motivate the team to meet targets.
  • Setting dialler strategies and keep increasing efficiencies
  • Should be able to drive key tele calling matrices like FCR, AHT, Takt time, wrap time etc.

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Managing resolution rate for flows and recoveries Pan India
  • Should drive high-quality customer experience in collections and manage escalations
  • Drive team and vendors to produce better results
  • Work closely with the team members and team leaders to provide constructive real-time/ scheduled feedback
  • Focus on Quality imperatives such as “first-time resolution” and “responsiveness”
  • Deadline and detail-oriented and very comfortable working in a fast-paced and open/ flexible environment
  • Strong understanding of control and compliance and due diligence for the entire collection process

Key Skills Required


  • 3-5 years experience in Collections experience in managing teams/vendor staff
  • Exceptional command of verbal and written communication skills
  • MIS/ Analytical skills - to be able to work on dashboards, reports, etc.
  • Strong interpersonal/ conflict management/ negotiation and feedback providing skills
