Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Food Quality- Ensure Food preparation and execution is adhered to Recipe and Process SOP
  • Food Safety- Food Preparation and other related activities, from receiving to serving, are in compliance with food safety standard.
  • Prep Time- Work towards continuous improvement for reducing prep-time at the section.
  • Ensure Order, Receiving, Storage, Preparation SOP is strictly followed.
  • Ensure each staff trained on Kitchen equipment operating procedure and preventive maintenance procedure to increase efficiency and reduce cost.
  • Extend Hands on Support and guidance to fellow staff workers for a better work environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 1-6 years of experience in the"food industry or "profession- Hotel, Restaurant, Cruise,or Food tech.
