Position Overview
  • This person will play an important role in designing all internal communication.
  • Also work on building employer branding on various platforms like Glassdoor, Linkedin etc
  • Help in the website page content/design
  • Coordinatewithinternal teamandsenior creative designerfor design approvals.
  • Deliver the best in quality user interface,emailers,collateraldesignsand on schedule.
  • Define visual elements, product elements, and overall design. (layout,components,colour, typography, images, design theory)
  • Test graphics across various mediaand updates the designs based on feedback.
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing andin align with company brand.
Responsibilities
  • Evaluatecompanybrand identity and conduct initial research ofmarkettrends.
  • Prepareconcepts based onrequirementsby gathering information and materials.
  • Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
  • Work on internal communications- regular updates to be sentto the employees of the organisation
Mandatory Skills/Requirements
  • Minimum2years ofcoregraphicdesign experience.
  • Expertise inUIsoftware such asAdobePhotoshop,Illustrator,Premiereand other design software’sis a must.
  • Basic knowledge ofHTML and CSSisdesirable.
  • Ability to work withinternal teams and senior creative designerto understand detailed requirements anddelivery thedesignsthat meetthe expectations.
  • Goodexperience in usinggraphicdesignprincipals andbest practices to design solutions.Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web.
  • Ability to iterate your designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
  • Expert in creating and designing various materials for print and digital collateral.
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design solutions to teams.
  • Be willing to help teammates, share knowledge and experience with them, and learn from them.
  • Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
  • Showcasegraphic designportfolio and experience.
  • Expertise in Englishcommunication (both writtenand verbal).
  • Ability toarticulateamessage ina moreimpactful mannerwouldbe agood to haveskill
Educational Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degreeand certificationsingraphic andvisual design, communicationsor related field.
  • Minimumtwoyears of experience in graphicand UIdesign.
