hiring for CreditManager – Retail – Inclusive Banking in a leadingBank for Chennai Location.

Position : Credit Manager – Retail – Inclusive Banking

Work Experience : 5 - 6 Years

CTC : 30 LPA

Qualification : Chartered Accountant/ MBA Finance

Purpose of the role:

Establish process and controls for credit monitoring for loan against card receivables (LACR) and TL against current account and POS in line with the market trends and demands.

Co-ordinate with the Compliance team and ensure compliance to regulations.

Establish/improve relevant systems and reports for monitoring purposes.

Ensure relevant triggers are sent out to relevant teams at regular intervals to ensure any defaults or lapses are arrested early.

Monitor portfolio trends and give inputs for credit appraisal accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing credit monitoring of proposals for loan against card receivables OD and TL basis Current account & POS.

Ensuring achievement of optimal productivity levels of the team.

Ensuring credit norms are continuously monitored to ensure a healthier portfolio.

Desired Experience:

Type of companies/sector worked for : Overdraft and POS based funding monitoring division of any Banks/NBFCs

Responsibilities managed in the previous organizations : OD/POS – Credit

Languages : Should speak, read and write local language well and English.

Computer/technical skills (if any) : Basic computer knowledge
