In search of a skilled and dedicated Customer Service Executive for a BPO Company. As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong client relationships. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, managing complaints, and providing timely and accurate resolution to a wide range of customer issues. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong customer-centric mindset. Position:Customer Service Executive

Location:Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Qualifications:HSC or above

Salary: Upto 18k CTC

Job Type:

  • Work from Office
  • Rotational/Fixed Shift
  • Rotational/Fixed Week Off

Experience:

  • Graduate Freshers are also eligible

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in an outsourcing/offshoring environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills In English

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a polite and professional manner.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Providing accurate information to customers regarding company products and services.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required)
