Agua India is one of the leading distributors of premium quality Branded 20-litre drinking water jars pan India. With our experience and commitment to quality and excellent service, we have around 4,000+ loyal customers across Kochi alone.

We, at Agua India maintain high-quality international standards in the end-to-end processing of the Packed Branded 20 Liter Water Jar’s distribution. We assure fast and on-time delivery leveraging our fleet of delivery assistants who can be tracked promptly through an app-based ecosystem. Moreover, we have efficient service teams at our headquarters to monitor logistics and a dedicated Customer service team for support and assistance.

We are a Kerala Startup mission and Startup India recognized firm that has its office in the Kerala Technology Innovation Zone, Kinfra Hi-Tech Park, Kalamassery, Cochin.

As a Customer Service Support official of Agua India, you are entitled to the following duties:

  • Attend Inbound calls.
  • Make Outbound calls when necessary.
  • Follow up orders on a regular basis to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Report and rectify complaints of customers(if any).
  • Follow up with suppliers in case of any order issues(delays, location issue etc.).
  • Close deals with suppliers(in the cities assigned to you) to expand our network.

Candidates should have the following Skills:

  • Fluent in Tamil
  • Average or above sales/marketing capabilities.
  • Good Communication skills.
  • Team player with leadership skills.

Work Experience:

  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome if they wish to grow with us.

Age Requirement : Below 28 years
Education:

  • 10th/12th/Any Graduates(Diploma/Degree/ITI)
  • Please note that as long as you can work as per the job requirements and have the right skills, education is no barrier.
