● Position – Customer Support Executive (tele sales)

● Business Unit:

● About Role:

" We are looking for proactive executives with proven performance track records for the outbound insurance

sales process. Incumbent will be responsible for calling prospective clients and providing them suitable

insurance policies as per their requirements.”

● KPI:

○ Calling on Leads provided by the company and selling the Insurance Product.

○ Reaching productivity that meets job standards, while working with speed and accuracy.

○ Answer queries about products or the company.

○ Meeting and exceeding targets as assigned periodically.

● Experience:

○ Minimum 1 years experience in Motor insurance sales

○ Having good command of Hindi / Kannada / Tamil / Bengali / Marathi

● Educational Qualifications:

○ Min. 12th pass

● Software/Tools System Exposure:

○ Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel/Word)
