About the internship/job:

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Handle inbound queries from Ketto’s customers through social media and other digital platforms 2. Conduct surveys and get customer feedback over call and email 3. Support the customer support team with miscellaneous daily operations 4. Update daily reports

Who can apply:

Only those students or freshers can apply who:

  • are available for full time (in-office) internship
  • have relevant skills and interests
  • can start the internship between 31st Jul’21 and 4th Sep’21
  • are available for duration of 3 months
  • have already graduated or are currently in any year of study
  • Females willing to start/restart their career may also apply
