Roles and Responsibilities

• Collecting, Interpret and analyse all available data from multiple business applications
• Designing and maintaining databases to acquire data
• Write algorithms, build analytical models, use statistical techniques like probability, regression analysis
• Work with decision makers/functional leaders in Sales, Marketing and Branding to establish information/data needs
• Conducts and educates stakeholders on analysing data, interpret analytical reports and dashboards.
• Analyse problems and determines root causes, Provides consulting and analytic services to leadership.
• Ability of to think strategically, work with senior management, to help in data based decision making process

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree in business administration, economics, computer science, systems management, or related field or equivalent related experience
• 5+ years data analyst or related experience, including proficiency with analytical software or equivalent related education
• Proficiency in statistics, data analysis, and research methods
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Data analytics
• Knowledge of languages like R, Python, good to have worked on ETL scripting
• Knowledge of building analytical models, simulation/what-if analysis
• Should have worked in Excel and tools like Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense
• Demonstrated knowledge of and skill in adaptability, decision making, interpersonal
