  • Ensure compliance of annual sales budget for Textile Segment for India, monthly sales planning, receivables management (DSO) in line with targets
  • Key account manager for customers in the respective region. Accountable for all factors of topline sales & Technical support. Year on year potentials mapping & implementation of strategy for top line sales in line with sales budget
  • Providing Technical support/knowledge to customer (Textile Mills), solving their tech issues, joint trials at customer plant/R&D, attending to complaints (product) and if necessary, escalating to HQ for further action. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support, service on pre and after sales issues such as managing offers, negotiations and collections.
  • Follow-up & joint visits with the distributors/dealers in the region, mapping the market, analyzing the customers served by distributor/dealer and assessing their performance on half yearly/yearly basis. Participation/Presentation in tech. seminars. Tracking key competitors & updating internally
  • Working with Textile Brands (Domestic & International) & promoting our product range & getting necessary approvals for Pull/Push Marketing
Requirements
  • Specific Education: B.Tech Chemical/ Textile Technologist + MBA
  • Work Experience: > 10 years
  • Special Skills: Experience in Technical Sales of speciality chemicals to Textile mills primarily
