Job Description
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join Hiring Company’s growing global marketing team. The ideal candidate is data-driven, highly organized, and can work cross-functionally and collaboratively to meet demand generation goals. This role will help manage Hiring Company’s paid media efforts and marketing campaigns across a variety of digital platforms, including 6sense for account engagement. Using 6sense and data-driven tactics, the Digital Marketing Manager will help take our ABM program to the next level.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop, execute, and measure multi-channel digital marketing campaigns including paid media, digital advertising, account-based, etc.
- Evaluate campaign performance and channel performance to provide recommendations for optimization and to improve ROI
- Analyze and share campaign performance and consistently track performance to ensure pacing to deliver on goals and pipeline targets
- Scale account-based marketing program using 6sense platform for 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM campaigns
- Act as the point-person in managing/acquiring key campaign components, such as targeted lists, account segments, creative, and collateral
- Work cross-functionally with content, creative, and marketing operations to ensure brand and technical execution alignment
- Facilitate digital advertising buys and manage submission deadlines with trade publications
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 3+ years’ experience working with digital media, paid advertising, and paid social for B2B brand awareness and demand generation
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and marketing automation software (Pardot or similar)
- Experience in ABM execution with 6sense or similar account engagement platform
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements for multi-channel marketing plans
- Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally with teams to drive effective campaigns and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to organize and prioritize assignments
- Proficient in Microsoft programs, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or related field

Salary: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
