- Experience in a marketing, product management, or business role in a technology-led organization.
- Experience in driving growth for consumer companies.
- Experience with advertising platforms, such as Google Ads and digital marketing channels.
- Experience driving digital marketing in a technology, e-commerce, gaming, and/or internet environment.
- Ability to succeed in a rapidly changing environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, creative thinking, and analytical skills.
simsim is a growing organization that YouTube recently acquired, a video-first e-commerce platform that connects promoters and manufacturers with creators and consumers. We are building an e-commerce platform keeping in mind the shopping behavior of the Indian consumer. simsim uses a unique combination of content and commerce to help customers discover the right products for themselves.

Responsibilities
- Be responsible for planning and execution of acquisition and retention campaigns for one or more marketing channels.
- Be responsible for the overall traffic on the platform from one or more channels, specifically paid marketing channels within the allocated budget.
- Work within the digital marketing team and other business and product teams to translate various growth goals into traffic estimates.
- Design and execute campaigns within these channels to meet the objectives.
- Work with a team of creative designers to provide data backed feedback and insights on design choices. Collect, analyze, and report performance of campaigns, draw learnings, and incorporate them in campaigns.
