  • Genesys Digital (Chat & Email) SCXML Call Flow Development, GRAT Development and Configurations, GA, GAX, OPM, Splunk, Digital Media & Routing Components, extensive experience of understanding Genesys logs, and troubleshooting.
  • Working knowledge of Genesys Framework, reporting, routing, and multi-channel components
  • Working knowledge of LivePerson framework
  • CICD experience with Jenkins and GitHub
