Overall
  • Developing a corporate citizenship strategy aligned with organization values, forward together commitment and Fiserv Gives back pillars.
  • Integrate different aspects of corporate citizenship to drive meaningful storytelling for internal and external stakeholders
  • Adopt practices that position global services as an organization that proactively and positively contributes to its ecosystem / embed these practices into all operations
  • Drive strong partnerships with key external stakeholders
  • Measure, report and drive success
CSR Funding
  • Develop funding strategy based on FGB pillars
  • Evaluating and assessing proposals from United Way; including board presentations, approvals, and fund disbursement
  • Clear understanding of board reporting, laws governing CSR
Volunteering & Mobilizing resources
  • Designing programs to help improve our impact on communities we live and work in
  • Creating ‘give back’ ambassadors
  • Encouraging volunteerism and making it part of our culture
  • Create compelling campaigns for engagement to drive skill-based volunteering
  • Ensuring engagement on firm wide give back platform Benevity
  • Reward program for volunteers and contributors
Forward together
  • Enhancing diversity across the organization
o Leveraging ERGs and programs to drive awareness, participation
o Develop reporting dashboards that measure, and report progress
o Initiate Veterans hiring program
o Integrating D&I goals with how we are hiring, growing
  • Initiate a supplier program to aligned with forward together commitment – minority business owners, women owned businesses, veteran owned businesses
  • Identify organizations and community groups to partner, with an intent to advance conversations on Diversity and Inclusion
Sustainability
  • Determining programs to enable reduction in carbon footprint of our facilities via environment programs
  • Awareness and engaging associates, behavioral change and mind shift towards sustainability. Driving campaigns to achieve this
  • Sustainability reporting
Crisis Response
  • Leveraging volunteer networks and resources to benefit associates and their families
