Experience : 2-5 year

Qualification : Graduate

Working Hours: 8am to 8pm

Roles &Responsibilities -

Under the guidance of the Finished Goods Warehouse In-charge,manage labor force to properly stock and maintain laminate sheets in their designatedplace

Complete the order requirement of our clients, ie. Distributors

Manage the loading and unloading of finished goods

Create dispatch reports such as packing list

Coordinate with various internal teams such as production, accounting,logistics, store etc. to develop and execute the dispatch plan

Creating reports for the Finished Good Warehouse Incharge

Take weekly stock and prepare balance order for production team

Oversee processes such as cutting, sanding, wrapping, etc.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS ROLE DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY LOGISTICSMANAGEMENT AND BILLING / EWAY BILL WORK

Experience -

The Candidate should :

Be 25 + yrsof age with 2-3yrs of experience in dispatch team in laminate industry

Be comfortable with managing manual reports and planning

Have knowledge of using excel on computer

Be comfortable with written English
