Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Location: Mumbai

Reporting to: Director Human Resources - India Subcontinent.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end to end recruitment cycle which includes working closely with Senior Leadership, attracting and selecting appropriate talent, salary negotiations, retention of existing employees, optimal use of early talent pipeline and engaging with candidates till on boarding.

- You will work across businesses to identify talent needs and work to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to recruit the lateral and fresher talent for Diversey India

- Create and implement new innovative sourcing methods, building partnerships to with relevant Staffing Firms.

- Employer Brand Efforts to improve Diversey Brand recall and talent attractions efforts across LinkedIn, Glassdoor and other platforms.

- Be a part of Global Talent projects to improve and deliver best in class candidate experience at all touch points throughout the recruitment process.

- The role will also support Sales Leaders across as HR Business Partner. Consulting and coaching them on key people issues and enabling them to nurture highly engaged high performance team.

Required Experience/Skill Set:

- MBA in HR from Premier B School with 2+ years’ experience as Talent Acquisition specialist across FMCG, FMCD, Ecommerce or Start-ups.

- Experience on Workday Talent Acquisition Module, LinkedIn Recruitment is an added advantage

- Should be adept in talent selection assessments including psychometric, cognitive and other tools available in the market.

Salary: ₹85,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
