Marketplace scope:

Interacting with marketplace account managers to improve sales and performance.

Overseeing Order Fulfilment and virtual inventory maintenance.

Analysing and implementing effective marketplace ad spends.

Monitoring overall operations

Ownsite scope:

Monitoring Customer service

Interacting with Digital Marketing team and work on optimising social and google ad campaigns

Coordinating listing of new styles

Overall, Smoothen daily operations and work on sales and sales channel development of the E-commerce vertical of Twin Birds
