ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual real estate projects including planning, billing, construction, quantity survey, occupancy, and closeout.
  • Work on the electrical layout and prepare the RFQ for entire Electrical work.
  • Work on MEP coordination needed with Architects./consultant
  • Carry out vendor launch calls to ensure design, manufacturing happens as per sequence of installation
  • Support the site level team by visiting sites/validating quality of installation and support by planning the site activities
  • Work on cost saving/value engg initiatives
  • Develop new vendors based on quality standards
  • Carry out training/improvement points with electrical vendors on quick installation designs / standard quality installation practices
  • Check the BOQ to identify discrepancy with vendors.
  • Carry out electrical calculation for earthing , lighting , cable calculation, lighting system design , dialux, cable tray layout , PA system and FAS design,
  • Tender bid evaluation and vendor comparison along with MEP coordination
  • Checking the vendor shop floor drawings, electrical work followw up with vendor and making the DPR,WPR and MPR
  • Interfaces directly with clients to define project requirements. Prepares scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
  • Implements communication plan for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep client and project resources informed.
  • Implements project documentation governance aligned with company and Client requirements.
  • Tracks progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines. Reports status and variances. Creates action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule.
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 6-12 Years hands on experience in Project Management, Electrical Construction/MEP in Commercial, Hospital, Warehouse projects.
  • Ability to comprehend, analyses, and interpret various types of business documents.
  • Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches, and articles in a pre-designed style and format.
  • Ability to effectively respond to complex inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, supervisor, and/or management.
  • Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills.
  • Intermediate skills with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of project databases.
