• An exciting and motivating full time position in the field of Plant maintenance of such as Polymerization area (includes Finisher, Tri-stage Vacuum Pump, Sealing Station, Hot Well, Canned Pump, Plate Heat Exchanger, Nitrogen Flow System, MB Extruder, Continuous Polymer Filter, Spray Condenser), Drytec area (includes Rotary, Pulsating system, Precrystalizer, Cyclone Dust Separation, Column Dryer, Oil Heat Exchanger & Dehumidifier System), Spinning & Drawline (such as crimping and bale packing, Hamos machine etc) area machine etc.
• An exciting and motivating full time position in the field of Utility operation & maintenance of such as FBC Steam boiler & Thermo-Pac heater, Refrigeration system, Compressor, Cooling Tower, Water treatment plant & AHUs system etc.
• Preventive, Breakdown & Shut-down maintenance of all machinery in area of Draw-Line, Spinning, Wash-Line & Utility.
• Prepare all drawing of machinery parts & plant layout in AUTO-CAD Designing and also make P&Ids & Isometric drawing if necessary.
• Notification creation, Notification closing, PM, CM & Lube notification closing in ERP M3.
• Working on new KAIZENs plan increasing production, life of machine, decrease the down-time.
• Prepare all documents with related department as per internal & external audits of IMS 9001:2008, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, SA-8000:2008. And also for EnMS-ISO:50001.
• Responsible for 5-S work & MPR report of engineering department.
• Awareness & training to worker & staff member for valuable topics like fire & safety, ISO programmes, EnMS, 5-S Work & etc.
• Prepare Effective Technical Comparative details for different supplier.
• To write specifications schedules and technical reports and control schedule, preparation of P&IDs of plant. And also prepared daily consumption reports of operation of utility plant and monitoring all activity of operations and same reporting to higher authority.
• Having operate Preventive Maintenance schedule preparation, its implementation for keeping machine run ability, store inventory and control purchase requisition (i.e. prepare documentation of all activity of all plant & utility equipment).
• To manage the maintenance of plants equipment, to improve plant performance and reliability through management.
• By supervised working of machine, Maintenance team ensures all work was being carried in accordance to plan.
• Mechanical procurement activity such as interaction with vender, technical evolution of bids and preparation of the purchase recommendation, participate in inter disciplinary interface.
• Ensure the safe and effective introduction of new equipment from any hazards.
• To work on prepared capital budgets for mechanically maintenance.
• To develop the plant data base on material management and purchase project under-progress.
  

• Erection, Piping & Commissioning of Steam Boiler cooling Tower, Chiller (Refrigeration System), Water Treatment Plant (MGF, Softener, RO plant & DM plant), Compressor & AHU System.
• Piping work of HTM line, Steam line, Cooling Water line, Chilled water line, Plant Air & Instrument Air line & Nitrogen line on the basis of Isometric & P&ID Drawing.
• Piping work of Polymer line, Vaporiser line, EG line & Dry Tec line on the basis of Isometric & P&ID Drawing.
• BOILERS: Operations duel fire boilers. General maintenance during its normal working. Conduction of RLA, hydro testing, general inspection of boilers.
• TURBINES: Operations and general maintenance self-condensing type turbo generator, Backpressure turbines and condensing type turbines.
• COOLINGTOWERS: Operation and maintenance of induced draft cooling towers.
• WATER TREATMENT PLANT: Operations of treatment of water, Analysis of water UHRSCC system.
• ETP / RO: Analysis on waste water treatment, operations and maintenance of RO plant.
