Global Consulting Platform – Enabling Analyst - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
We are looking for a self-motivated, highly driven individual to serve as the Sales & Operational Planning Analyst for the Global Delivery Network program. You will closely with the GDN Finance & Operations team to execute the GDN F&O priorities. The work further offers a great opportunity to build knowledge of Deloitte’s regional and global business and engage with the senior regional leadership team.
The resource will support the Finance & Operations workstream of the Global Delivery Network (GDN) initiative, one of the key priorities of the Global Consulting Strategic Agenda. The initiative aims at developing a strategy to implement a comprehensive, interoperable network of Delivery Centers, which will support the scaling and the capability growth of our network of Member Firms in our priority sectors and services.
Key responsibilities

• Support the analysis, the standardization, and the upload of top-down and bottom-up plans of GRtL, Strategic, IGDC and other MF deals in the S&OP Anaplan database and Tableau interface
• Support the team’s manager in the implementation of an adoption program for the S&OP capability across key MFs and geos
• Assist the rollout of the Anaplan solution, as a more solid, scalable platform for the expansion of the capability to multiple deals
• Create executive-level documents such as PPT decks, excel reports, Tableau dashboards etc. for senior leadership
• Demonstrate solid project management skills, with the ability to seamlessly co-ordinate/switch between different workstreams
• Actively share best practices among Global/US and India team members
• Develop and maintain working relationships with Global/US colleagues

The GDN team, in which this role sits, supports the rapid, strategic, and sustainable growth of the global delivery network.
Requisite core skills

• Self-motivated, innovative, and strong team player
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Strong core consulting skills – i.e. research, financial analysis, including logical structuring and storyboarding, superior knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Good knowledge of Tableau
• Strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and strong track record of executing high-impact initiatives
