Hire Digital is seeking an Engagement Manager, Human Resource (Freelance)to facilitate our exponential growth by leveraging industry insights, research, and analytics. You will also be responsible for providing thought leadership to our internal teams, to develop and execute critical programs for our company and our clients.

This is a remote position. We welcome candidates from any location. Resumes are to be submitted in English.

Responsibilities
  • Leverage industry insights, past consulting experience, research, and analytics to advise our team and our clients on human capital practices.
  • Understand Hire Digital’s current goals, identify human capital practices gaps and propose initiatives to close the gaps.
  • Advise Hire Digital on its human capital technology stack, strategy, and frameworks, and its operating processes to drive business objectives.

Requirements
  • Extensive work experience as a Human Capital Consultant or similar role with a background in management consulting.
  • Experience in the following is strongly preferred: Management consulting or Start-up and agile thinking and approaches; Leadership and coaching; Human capital innovation; Learning development and Innovation; Immersive program design, facilitation, and coaching; Ecosystem curation; Workforce and culture data and analytics.
  • An effective communicator, with strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Leadership skills with proven ability for facilitation, coaching, and create immersive program design.
  • Knowledgeable about workforce, culture data, and analytics.
  • Enjoys working collaboratively in teams in a fast-paced environment.
