工作内容

The position is based out in our Manjeri office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3- 4 years of experience in the field of Contracts and Quantity survey and hold a B.Tech/ B.E degree.

The duties & Responsibilities:

To lead the Quantity survey team as a Contracts Manager/ Sr. Quantity Surveyors

Preparation of Tender, Bill of Quantity, Tender analysis, Tender Reports

Formulating Contracts

Evaluation of Contractors, Interim valuation and Issue of Recommendation for Payment

Evaluation of Variations and Claims

Arranging and attending Progress meeting and recording minutes

Preparation of Cost Estimates

Attending meeting with Clients to understand their requirements and prepare Tender documents accordingly

Coordination with Clients / Client representatives, statutory bodies, Team members and Sub- consultants to complete the Projects assigned

Above all to the efficient and active Team Leader to the QS Team Area of Experience required:
