工作内容

  • Design, implement and maintain infrastructure for development / testing environment
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of solutions required for new projects
  • Ensure a high integration of infrastructure components
  • Help to drive architectural improvements and standardization for the infrastructure environments, including choice of networking infrastructure, hardware, monitoring software and associated application infrastructure (e.g. web servers, application servers, and database servers)
  • Develop and enhance automated processes to release new solutions into the live environment
  • Acts as subject matter expert for all technical related issues and owns functional escalations until resolution
  • Accountable to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Engineering service scope
  • Deliver IT services, systems and applications to the business; Act as primary point of accountability for IT matters for designated business customers
  • Develop and enhance relationships with key stakeholders, actively manage their expectations and monitor satisfaction levels
  • Manage the collection of customer feedback and identify optimization areas
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards as defined by the IT Organization
  • Ensure appropriate response to audit / ISRM assessment findings and recommendations

Standard Minimimum Requirements

  • Education:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of applicable experience
  • Experience:5-10 years of applicable experience with Microsoft Intune for enterprise

Language

The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English.

  • Weekend & On Call Expectations: Not applicable for this role
  • Experience managing mobile device management (MDM)platform, Microsoft InTune, for mobile device deployments; Bring Your Own Devices (BYOD), Corporate Devices, Kiosk Devices, Shared Devices
  • Engineers, executes, and supports application deployment and applications lifecycle strategies for mobile devices cross functionally with; Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Intune.
  • Experience with Apple Business Manager Account Management
  • Experience supporting application packaging and deployment using Microsoft Intune for mobile devices; Apple and Android
  • Works independently to establish Work Instructions, Training Guides and documentation
