Responsibilities

Key Deliverables
  • Vehicle dynamics systems-Suspension, Steering, Tires evaluation on vehicles on proving grounds, RWUP
  • DVP preparation, Test planning,Test case preparation,
  • Vehicle instrumentation for various test execution.
  • Test driving
  • Subjective assessment of Ride Handling, degradation assessment
  • Vehicle dynamics system test execution-Ride Handling, Capacity, etc
  • Validation concerns reporting tracking for closure
  • Result analysis Reporting
  • Development of new test procedures and SOP’s
  • Field failure analysis PDCA cycle development.
Experience

3-6 years

Industry Preferred

Automotive OEM

Qualifications

BE/B.Tech - Mechanical/Automobile

Functional Competency
  • Vehicle systems Driveline system knowledge.
  • Subjective assessment skills - Vehicle dynamics System
  • Analysis skills - Test results, Concerns
  • Test driving skills.
  • Vehicle diagnostics trouble shooting.
  • Vehicle fitness assessment for test.
  • Measurement techniques and instruments.
