Required education and skill level:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology or Engineering (EIE/ECE/CSE).
  • Very good knowledge in Robot Framework automation test development
  • Familiar with python programming.
  • Experience in working in elevator domain /different kind of application.
  • Knowledge on Electrical, PCB, Drives, Machines & Safety areas
  • Ability to find defect, debug on the same.
  • Understand the current functionality of the system and own the Quality delivery of the next releases.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural, international and virtual environment.

Job description:

  • Create understandable, simple, scalable and best quality automation test cases to verify and validate the software quality
  • Responsible for verifying and validating the software quality
  • Should support the development team to release the software on time
  • Implement the new technique and innovative idea to reduce the automated test execution time and improve test quality
  • Report the software defect in acceptable way on time
  • Responsible for preparing the simulator for test execution
  • Keep the simulator environment up to date with latest hardware

Expectations and deliverables:

  • Improve the test automation coverage by adding the test cases for missing / upcoming elevator features.
  • Identify the defect before it reaches next level of testing.
  • Ensure no failures / random failure of test cases in the regression
