Roles and Responsibilities

-Able to handleProjectindependently.

-Prepare PFDs, P&IDs, & Plant layouts for newprojects

-Prepare Mass Balance, Energy Balance for newprojects

-Prepare Bar-chart and ensure to match milestone dates.

-Complete basic engineering.

-Prepare CAPEX and ensure No cost escalation.

-Conducting Risk Management studies like HAZOP for newprojects.

-Detailed engineering work

-Equipment sizing calculations.


Desired Candidate Profile

-Excellent knowledge of equipment like Reactor/Reboiler/Dist Column/Heat Exchanger/Vacuum Pump

-Pump hydraulic calculations

-Enquiry floating of equipment and technical clearance of equipment

-Coordinate inProjectcommissioning.

-technical training and clarification of operations persons forprojects

-Prepare handover documents and do a smooth handover ofprojectdocuments to Operation Team.

-Lead & Conduct pre-start up safety review forProjects

-Interaction with R&D department for trials

-Proven track record forProject& Process Engineering.

-Good Reporting skills and Team worker.
