Job Responsibility:

Quality Checks of Patent Abstracts.

Analyzing output of abstracts generated through automatic AI tools and provide feedback.
Identify and suggest ideas for increasing automation quality of patent abstraction.
Execute auditing at all levels based on DWPI Policy, System algorithm and aligning to Customer Expectations.
Identify and reduce/eliminate defects within the production process.
Compile and analyze statistical data using tools. eg: Excel, PowerBI, etc.
Investigate customer complaints and product issues.
Maintain awareness of current developments in own technology areas.
Achieve and maintain consistent quality standards.
Effective personal planning and time management.
Maintain a flexible and adaptable approach towards process change.
To deputize for team members as and when required.
To take responsibility for identifying technology training and developmental needs for you on an on-going basis.
To undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by your line manager / director on a permanent or temporary basis
