Equipment Manager

Constructability study for Heavy Crane movement & Heavy erection including Equipment, strl. & Piping

module along construction hold & sequencing of Civil, Strl. & Equipment erection.

2. Preparation of Erection scheme.

3. Preparation of method statement for Static & Rotary Equipment installation, Packages installation,

Column Internal & Critical lift.

4. Preparation of Job Safety Analysis for Static & Rotary Equipment installation, Packages installation,

Column Internal & Critical lift.

5. Execution of Static Equipment Erection works like Exchanger, Column, Vessel , filter & Column Internals

erection, alignment & grouting.

6. Execution of Rotary Equipment Erection, Alignment and Pre commissioning like Pump, Blower,

Compressor, EOT crane , alignment & grouting.

7. Execution of Packages like Flue gas unit, CLO, LPG treatment, Air fin Cooler package, Waste heat

Boiler, Cycle water packages installation & Mechanical clearance.

8. Final alignment (with piping) of Rotary Equipment after piping loop hydrotest & flushing.

9. Punch point liquidation & Format-III ( Mechanical Completion) raising for the Static, Rotary & Packages.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
