Roles and Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Training Modules In- House.
- Conducting Training In-house
- Prepare the Annual Training budget and ensure compliance.
- Work closely with Sales Head, Technical Head & Eternia CEO for doing the GAP Analysis with respect to all processes including Sales - Induction, Training & other related processes.
- Setting up service standards as per the business need & field working with sales employees PAN India doing Training Need Identification (TNI) / Training Need Analysis (TNI) for all sales team members.
- Developing modules basis TNI/ TNA for sales training, technical, product & behavioral training & other soft skill training.
Qualifications:
Post Graduate Pgm. in Mgmt.,Post Graduate Diploma
Minimum Experience Level:
10-20 Years
