Essential Qualifications:

Any graduate with adequate experience in event management.
An individual with original thinking and an ability to visualize, plan, execute different genre of events and contests for school children.
Good administrative skills to drive multiple events simultaneously in the region.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership and organization skills.
Highly motivated, multi-tasker with drive for results and focus on strategy execution.
A positive and outgoing attitude with public speaking skills.

Key Responsibilities include:

Conceptualize, plan and execute talent competitions that are innovative and engaging for school children.
Plan, coordinate and execute promotional activities around the event to maximize the participation in the events.
Be creative and conceptualize innovative event concepts and competitions for deeper engagement of audience.
Achieve maximum reach and engagement within the target group in the region.
Be consistent on execution excellence and deliver a positive event experience for the participants.
Work with internal and external stakeholders for required support to organize events seamlessly on an ongoing basis.
Track and maintain event database for reporting and analysis.
