Payroll and Time Office
 Monitor daily attendance and update leaves in Attendance Management System
 Prepare Payroll Input sheet and verify Salary Register
 Prepare Payroll related reports

Employee Life Cycle Activities
 Conduct end-to-end employee life cycle activities including induction & joining formalities, confirmation process, promotion, transfer, changes in reporting relationships, separation and preparation of relieving letter

Recruitment
 Manage Recruitment process such as written test and interviews
 Search for candidates through job portals and recruitment consultants
 Handle Walk-in interviews
 Prepare offer letter and co-ordinate for Medical Test of selected candidate

Training Administration
 Manage trainings as per Annual Training Calendar and update training records
 Process payments for external trainers

Statutory Compliances
 File monthly statutory returns
 Maintain various statutory registers and records as required by Law
 Manage Contract Labor in coordination with external contractors

Personnel Administration
 Procure and distribute welfare items
 Maintain various Quality records as per Quality, Safety and Environment Management Systems
 Generate various monthly MIS reports
