Job Title: Executive - Supply Chain Management (SCM)

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive to join our Supply Chain Management (SCM) department. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SCM and possess a strong understanding of supply chain processes and procedures. The Executive will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and vendor management. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods and services throughout the organization.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand and plan production accordingly.
  • Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality standards and delivery schedules.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management, recommending innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on supply chain performance, highlighting key metrics and areas of improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the SCM department.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
