Position: Executive/Sr.Executive- Operations/Maintenance

Job Description:

• Plan and direct the engineering operations, equipment functioning and the best operating.
• Complete utility & facility rounds for the overall review of operations.
• Should have knowledge utility equipment-Chillers, Compressors, Cooling Towers, Ventilation Systems, HVAC, Chilled water system, raw water systems, and Air Systems.
• Knowledge of BMS system, Fire suppression Systems, fire alarm, UPS & VFDS is essential.
• Allotment of work to the shift technicians for various services requests/complaints.
• Validation of log sheets and checklist filled in and maintained by the respective shift technicians.
• Routine follow-ups & tracking on the prepared preventive maintenance activities as per the PPM schedule
• Coordination & follow-up with all third party vendors for any maintenance related Work in the facility
• Ensure that the complete LOTO process and permit systems are compiled for the internal maintenance technicians as well as external vendors.
• Tracking of AMC activates and vendor requirements at the site for various utilities equipment
• Proper inventory control & tracking of material consumable issued to the technicians team.
• Timely reporting and escalation on any failure of equipment & appropriate measures for rectification.
• Timely reporting on daily energy consumption (Electrical, water, gas & fuel).
• Effectively coordinate the activities of others in order to meet goals and objectives.
• Daily briefing of engineering personal during shift handover.
• Make decisions and solve problems within broad latitude.
• Research methods of energy conservation and create energy conservation meaures in the routine operations

Candidate Profile:

• Education: B.E /Diploma - Mechanical
• Exp : 3- 6yrs
• Hands on expiring HVAC & Electrical maintenance

No Openings: 2 Nos (Rotational Shift)

Job Location : Factory( Vasai)
