Roles and Responsibilities

To conduct Linear, Non-Linear, CFD & Thermal Analysis for product validation
To validate designs using FEA tools and hand calculation
To document FEA findings and Interpret analysis results to convert them to design suggestions / improvements.
Work as part of team to bring designs through prototyping and into serial production

Education: BE (Mech)

Experience:3-5 Years

Domain Expertise: Industrial Valves / SPM / Consumer Products / Tools & Fixtures

Required Skills:

Proficient in Ansys / Openfoam / equivalent tools for pre-processing, solving & post processing
Basic experience in any CAD tools like Creo / Solidworks / Catia
Knowledgeable in Product Design Life cycle & Gated Reviews
Exposure / Experience in DFA & DFM
