Roles & Responsibilities :

  • As a First Line Manager/Regional Manager role you have to look after Business, Distribution and people.
  • Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
  • Development and manage efficient distribution network
  • Customer Identification, selection, classification, targeting and visit frequent
  • Month on Month should achieve the given sales Targets of entire team.
  • KOL Relationship. Ensuring Sales Growth. Responsible for collection & Inventory. Driving the Strategy to ensure execution. Managing & developing the sales team.
  • Monitoring daily reports of team members , work efficiency and leave record

Any Graduate, Should have experience in Neuro and Gyneac minimum 2+ years of team handling experience with good communication skills& Sales Track.
