• Daily operation activity, Utility Batch, Work permit, Gas Nomination IGX.
• Person having 7-12 Years’ experience in operation and Maintenance of Boiler and STG.
• Knowledge of controlling CFBC Boiler ,Back Pressure turbine , manpower handleetc.
• Monitoring & Maintaining all aspects of Boiler operation and various control systems & assure scheduled testing & inspection requirement.
• Must have a sufficient awareness of the hazards & Characteristics of Boiler and STG operation and related equipment.
• Must have good communication skills and basic computer Operation knowledge for preparing daily reports & records.
• Awareness of energy norms and conservative ideas in routine operations.
• Monitoring and controlling of Flue Gas norms to keep it within GPCB Norms
• Performing the functions of troubleshooting and breakdown / preventive / corrective maintenance for reducing downtime to minimum.

• Maintain 5s & Housekeeping.
• 8-15 years’ Experience handle to High Pressure CFBC Boiler.

• Observe and record the temperatures, pressures and oil levels of Pulverized, Rotary auxiliaries and APHs’ of boiler on log sheets

• Carried out the steam blowing of various Boiler and Turbine auxiliaries
• Expertise in operation for Hot & Cold Start – up and Shutdown of Boiler and Turbine auxiliaries.
• Experience in trouble shooting the rotary equipment’s of Boiler

Key Responsibilities(Performance Indicators)Person having experience to Operate CFBC(tkl) Boiler DCS. Responsible for all instrument and control system equipment regular maintenance and repairing, such as all field instrumentation, valves, flow meter.Qualification & ExperienceBoiler First Class Attend Experience 7-10 years must have been CFBC Boiler.ITI and Boiler First Class Attendant Certificate. Experience must have been CFBC Boiler, Cooling Tower, CHP, AHP, ESP, DM Plant and STG.
