Responsibilities :

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally, registering them for arrivals and departures.
  • Manage switchboard operations, answering phones and directing calls efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Be knowledgeable about hotel amenities and services, answering guest inquiries with a smile.
  • Build rapport with guests, exceeding their expectations and ensuring their satisfaction
  • Proactively identify and resolve guest concerns, diffusing difficult situations calmly and efficiently.
  • Gather guest feedback and share it with appropriate departments to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with key clients and generate repeat business.
  • Stay informed about local attractions, events, and restaurants to provide helpful recommendations to guests.
  • Qualifications / EXPERIENCE: HSC/BCOM PASS
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A positive and professional demeanor with a genuine passion for exceeding customer expectations.

Age Upto 35 yrs only.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

  • Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:
