IFRS17: Manager Actuarial (Life)

Key Requirements :

  • 6-12 years of experience in valuation / reporting / pricing or modelling function in life actuarial team of an insurance / consulting / outsourcing company
  • Good understanding of IFRS17 standards; hands-on implementation experience (desirable)
  • Project management experience and ability to handle teams and multiple stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience in actuarial valuation software such as Prophet / Axis / MG Alpha. Advanced level experience in one of these software’s will be valuable
  • In-depth understanding of insurance products and regulations of one or more geographies
  • Experience in SAP SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) frame work will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to review work done by junior members, ensuring quality of work product during time sensitive deadlines
  • Ability to work in pressure situations
  • Strong presentation and documentation skills
