Zairo international, a leader in innovation, is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team located in Kanpur, India. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining both the front-end and back-end of our web applications. This is a full-time on-site position.

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Laravel and React Web Developer to join our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both backend (Laravel) and frontend (React) development, along with a passion for creating high-quality, user-friendly web applications. You will work closely with our design and product teams to bring their visions to life and contribute to the overall improvement of our web-based platforms.

Responsibilities:

1. Web Development

Develop new user-facing features using React.js and ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.

Implement responsive designs that work seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes.

2) Backend Development

Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Laravel code.

Collaborate with other team members to integrate front-end and back-end components.

Implement data storage solutions, including databases, caching, and API integrations.

3) Full Stack Development

Work on the complete web application stack, from the frontend to the backend, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

4) Code Quality and Testing

Write well-documented, clean, and maintainable code.

Conduct thorough testing of applications to identify and fix bugs and performance issues.

5) Collaboration

Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven work experience as a Laravel and React Web Developer.

Strong proficiency in React.js and its core principles.

Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Redux).

Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.

Proficiency in Laravel and PHP development.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and API integration.

Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.

Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Experience with other frontend frameworks/libraries is a plus (Vue.js, Angular, etc.).

Familiarity with UI/UX design principles is a plus.
