Elevate is recruiting a Functional Consultantto join our technology team to play an integral role in our service offerings to our technology partner and customer.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Translate business requirements into technical system requirements and functional specifications
  • Develop project related documentation, business requirement documentation (BRD) or function requirement documentation (FRD) or document of understanding (DoU), user stories, task creation
  • based on user stories, resource allocation, implementation plan, Gap analysis, release notes, change management documentation
  • Perform front end system configurations of CRMs
  • Do function testing of implementation of front end configurations
  • Coordinate for resolution/development of code level changes with developers and all stakeholders

Responsibilities:

  • Manage ICERTIS product implementations and take ownership of project management including project financials and the customer relationship for enterprise customers.
  • Build and foster internal consulting capability within the implementation team.
  • Engage with the business team to define solutions to address key implementation objectives.
  • Conceptualize and formulate best of breed solutions in close collaboration with business that effectively address key implementation objectives within the bounds of scope, schedule and effort.
  • Drive system configuration and deployment activities across multiple engagements.
  • Contribute to ICERTIS product roadmap through active feedback from customers and implementation experience.

Required Qualifications, Skills, & Experience:
    • 4+ years Functional Consultant experience
    • Prior experience implementing Contract Management / Supply Chain applications
    • Experience in full life cycle enterprise application implementations in a project manager / project lead capacity.
    • Understanding of Enterprise Application on information flows through various IT systems for large organizations
    • Candidate must have 60% or above all throughout in 10th, 12th, and graduation (B.E/MCA/B.com/any other relevant degrees) with excellent communication skills. MBA will be an added advantage.
