Job Description Summary In this role you will lead, coordinate and/or manage execution of marketing plans, identify and execute opportunities for growth and share gain, and contribute to the development of a product/portfolio strategy including product positioning. Optimize commercial execution through development of marketing and launch plans and aligning market insights with technology trends. Impact the team’s ability to achieve service, quality and timeliness of objectives. Subject to Commercial policy objectives. You will have independence in achieving commercial objectives within operating budgets and operating guidelines. There is moderate autonomy within the role to enter into/execute Commercial arrangements. High levels of Commercial judgment are required to achieve outcomes required.

Roles and Responsibilities

In this role you will..

  • Develop segmentation and go to market strategy and plans and marketing activation with customers and sales teams for a single or limited grouping of products within a region.
  • Require specialized knowledge across product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer groups.
  • Require strong commercial awareness, and is expected to influence the development of strategy for their broad sales territory, including control of resources.
  • Interpret simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. Stays informed of industry trends that may inform work.
  • Uses high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns or customers.
  • Have ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders or customers. Able to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and is able to construct and provide recommendations.
  • Use multiple internal and some external sources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.
  • Manage a small to medium team of senior professionals as well as others. May lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Communicates difficult concepts and may influence others’ options on particular topics. May guide others to consider a different point of view.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA degree from a premier Institute preferred
  • 10+ yrs of Experience in relevant field
  • Strong experience in Digital marketing is a must
  • Team Management Experience
  • Pharmaceutical / Medical Devices / Healthcare Industry Experience
  • Exposure to Digital Market

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
