Responsibilities

Develop and deliver motion graphics for various media including web, mobile, and social media platforms.
Collaborate with creative teams to understand project scope and objectives.
Translate concepts and storyboards into high-quality visual narratives.
Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables (corporate videos, eLearning, websites, marketing demos, etc. ).
Assist in selecting audio, video, colors, animation, etc. for graphic design.
Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
Research and analyze the best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.
Maintain and follow best practices for version control, naming conventions, and organization of graphic files.
Stay up to date on the latest graphic design techniques and software.

Requirements

1-2 years of hands-on experience in motion graphics and design.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Film, or a related field is preferred.
Proven record in making visually appealing graphics & 3d videos/ Proven experience as a 2D & 3D Animation or Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
Concept and design style frames, animation, or other visual elements from idea to delivery
Strong storytelling skills: make complicated graphic concepts accessible and engaging
Assemble treatments and storyboards that clearly outline creative ideas for the client
Create and deliver motion graphics in various media including web, mobile, etc
Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics
Preferred software - Maya, Blender, Adobe Animate, Premier Pro, Cinema 4D (Adobe Suite)
Creative thinker with the ability to bring innovative ideas to life.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate roadblocks and provide effective solutions.
Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
