Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service Associate located in Junagadh City. The Guest Service Associate will be responsible for providing excellent guest services, including but not limited to, greeting guests, maintaining guest rooms, handling room reservations, and communicating with guests effectively.

Qualifications
  • Guest Services, Guest Service, and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
  • Experience in Reservations and front desk operations
  • Ability to multitask, work well under pressure and with minimal supervision
  • Good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficient in using management software systems
  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
  • Prior experience in hotel industry or customer service is a plus
