Define and drive SAP Enterprise Architecture for Amara Raja Group
Lead SAP HANA, BI/BO, Sales/Service Cloud, Ariba, SAP IoT Implementation for all Amara Raja Group companies
Drive SAP Implementation to well-defined Plan and Budget
Head Amara Raja ERP Team to drive Projects and Support for all Amara Raja Group Companies
Drive High-quality implementations with Vendors
Engage with all Business and Function Heads to drive smooth Implementation
Manage Cross Functional Issues to drive timely Blueprint, Testing, and Rollout
Leverage New Technologies like SAP Fiori, HANA, Mobility, and Portals to Implement the SAP Enterprise Architecture
Implement SAP GRC to build all effective controls within the SAP System
Leverage support from Vendors to resolve issues timely
Manage Project Budgets to deliver to planned budgets
Build effective skillsets in SAP Team to minimize customizations of SAP System
Implementation of SAP Enterprise Architecture for Amara Raja Group companies
Build relationships with Function heads and CEOs to drive various implementations
Manage Vendors teams and Project Budgets
Effectively monitor, manage performance and capability building of the team members
Work with Function teams to sign-off Blueprints and Testing

Looking for candidate holding required competencies and experience to ensure above deliverables with following specific requirement.

Preferably an engineer with 15 - 20 years of experience in the relevant field.

SAP Functional and Technical Experience

SAP Project Management Experience

Experience with Implementing Multiple SAP Greenfield Projects

Skills: Technical/Functional: SAP R/3, BI/BO, HANA, Fiori
