Roles and Responsibilities

  • Business analysis, liaise with internal clients to understand their needs.
  • Vendor & Technology liaison.
  • Second tier system support across a global user base.
  • Data & system analysis.
  • Understanding business needs in regards to system upgrades/ enhancements or conversions.
  • System testing.
  • Drive initiatives to solve business problems, optimize efficiency and enhance BNYM offerings.

Desired Candidate Profile

Technical Expertise

  • 6 to 10 Years of exp of relevant experience in Business Analysis
  • Knowledge of SQL/TSQL preferred.
  • Knowledge of reporting platforms. SSRS knowledge would be a distinct advantage.
  • Exposure to accounting or loan platforms.
  • Prior experience on SOLVASpreferred

Business Expertise

  • The analyst will ideally have knowledge and experience of the financial services industry and financial products.

Problem Solving

  • The ability to understand requirements and issues and formulate solutions to address open items.

Interaction/Interpersonal Skills

  • Communicate effectively with clients and business partners. Interact with internal parties in a time sensitive and often pressurized environment.
  • Ability to work independently while meeting team goals. Optimize client service delivery while complying with the Company’s policies and preferred practices. Strong analytical, communication, organizational and time-management skills
