Job Description –HR Administrator

Job Summary:

System Soft Technologies is seeking a dynamic, high-energy Human Resources Administrator who will play a meaningful role in promoting our culture, vision, and mission through a wide variety of human resource functions supporting both of our US and India operations. You will be responsible for providing HR assistance to support the employee life cycle which may include onboarding, new hire orientation, I9 management, benefits and employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist department in carrying out various human resources programs and procedures for all company employees.
  • Conduct new hire orientation to newly hired employees.
  • Assist with performance management procedures.
  • Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.
  • Maintain clear understanding of policy/legal requirements for US I-9 processes.
  • Conduct I-9 audits, comply with I-9 requirements and complete I9 reverifications for all US employees.
  • Assist with the onboarding process of new employees, including, but not limited to: offer letters, reference checks, and documentation gathering.
  • Maintain employee documentation, maintain HR databases, process forms, and interface directly with employees who request information, or are new to the company.
  • Respond to email/phone/fax requests and questions; when appropriate, escalate issues to the appropriate department managers
  • Maintain clear understanding of established company policies with the ability to direct inquiries to appropriate departments.
  • Maintain personnel files and ensure compliance with record retention policy.
  • Provide administrative support in all facets of the Human Resources functions.
  • Assist HR team with planning, implementing, and executing employee engagement initiatives.
  • Keep up to date with latest HR trends and best practices.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must.
  • 2-3 years human resources experience preferred.
  • Experience with US I9 management preferred.
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information.
  • Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint knowledge required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to keep information confidential and commitment to produce high-quality work.
