  • Maintaining / Administrating the Business operations and Business protocols.
  • Seasoned IT recruiter responsible for full life cycle of Technical / IT recruitment with extensive background in identifying resumes from job websites.
  • Possess excellent knowledge of recruiting and hiring including sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, tracking, salary negotiations, and closing.
  • Attract applicants by placing job postings in Job Sites, Social media and other channels.
  • Arrange, organize the candidate interviews and co-ordination with respective technical team followed by management.
  • Manage end to end recruitment from sourcing of candidates to release of offer letter.
  • Maintaining HR records, such as those related to Incentives, conduct reports of employees, health and medical insurances, etc.,
  • Managing workplace safety measurements, Managing other co-workers discipline & dignity.
  • Maintaining perfect office infrastructure & IT Environment.
  • Communicating and explaining the organization policies to the employees, visitors and others.
  • Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities.
  • Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee in HR module of ERP software.
  • Voice call communication to the candidates and handling other sales calls as well.
  • Managing Advertisements, Financial Sectors & Hospitality.
