Job Profile:-

Responsibilities -
  • Handling End-to-End Recruitment.
  • Sourcing relevant profiles from the database, employee referral, portals etc.
  • Short listing profiles based on respective specifications.
  • Identifying the right candidates and discussing with them to ensure their availability, interest, capability, attitude, confidence level and other all requisites.
  • Screening of candidates on a one-to-one basis as per client’s requirements.
  • Following up with candidates with acceptance of offer letter and to confirm the joining date.
  • Coordinate with the client and maintain a strong client relationship

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
