The Human Resources Executive will lead our efforts in building strong collaborations with universities and colleges to source top talent, particularly focusing on computer science graduates. This role involves strategizing and executing recruitment campaigns, managing relationships with academic institutions, and overseeing the screening of a large volume of candidates to fulfill our growing technical team needs.Key Responsibilities
- University Collaboration:
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key universities and colleges.
- Organize and participate in campus recruitment events, job fairs, and guest lectures.
- Coordinate with university career services to facilitate internships and co-op placements.
- Implement innovative programs that enhance employer branding among student communities.
- Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the screening of approximately 1000 computer science candidates annually.
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) to efficiently process and evaluate candidate applications.
- Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Collaborate with the technical department to refine job descriptions and qualification criteria.
- Develop metrics to measure and improve the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with internal teams to understand hiring needs and timelines.
- Provide regular updates to management on recruitment progress and challenges.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws and organizational policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, particularly in a high-volume, technical environment.
- Strong understanding of university structures and the ability to build and maintain relationships with academic institutions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- A proactive approach and a keen understanding of the tech industry’s talent requirements.
- Innovative thinker with the ability to implement creative recruitment strategies.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence others.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
