National Smallholder Poultry Development Trust (NSPDT) is an apex sectoral organization with mandate to spearhead and nurture community poultry in India. At present, there are over 13,000 women poultry producers from tribal and dalit families of Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand, Odisha, Maharashtra and Assam working under its aegis. They are collectivized in 25 primary poultry cooperative societies. The cooperatives are further federated into state level secondary organizations.

NSPDT has successfully created state-of-art modern facilities hatchery, parent farm, feed plants for backward integration. NSPDT is looking ahead to replicate and expand the model in States of Odisha, Uttar Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra, Assam and Bihar.

Jharkhand Womens Self Supporting Poultry Co-operative Federation Ltd (JWSPCFL) is one of the federation of NSPDTIts a community based enterprise registered under Jharkhand Self-Supporting Societies Act 1996, is the largest broiler producing unit in the state promoted by PRADAN. The federation is providing sustainable livelihoods to more than 4,600 poor rural women.

  • Leaves and attendance maintenance
  • Exit Interviews
  • Salary Administration
  • Medical Expenses administration
  • Administering Insurance policies
  • Tour & Travel Claims
  • Statutory return filing and administration
  • General Service Rule Updation & Implementation
  • Employee Welfare Benefits Handling & Implementation
  • Periodic Manpower Assessment
  • Grievance Handling and Process Implementation
  • Training & Capacity Building
  • Meetings Administration and Management
  • Any other assigned work from time to time

Desired Candidate Profile


1) Human and Conceptual Skills

2) Passion to work with people

3) Cooperative visit intermittently

4) Should be proficient at working in excel

5) Should have secured 60% throughout in academics


Desired work experience (in complete years): 2-4 years

  • MBA/Post Graduate in HR/IR/Labour Laws
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experiences Knowledge of quality systems and standards
